HDPE float
HDPE float protects itself from ageing, uviolize, corrosion, wave action and above all, it can be recycled. NO. 1 Marine HDPE float is made up of high destiny polyethylene material and added 2 skins with UV ray and fire propagation proof, closed cell with expanded polystyrene foam, density of EPS required at least 15kg/m³ , it can be enforced with concrete on the bottom of floating to your requirement. Warrant: 15 years under salt-water circumstance.

Concrete float
Concrete float is superior to its great buoyancy, stability, anti-wave anti-frost, longevity, ect. NO. 1 Marine comprises of special concrete formula, there are filled up with alkali-resistant fiberglass and polyethylene foam (15kg/m³ ). Our concrete floats are linked wonderful with screws and loading structure. The surface of float is smooth, its water absorption is less than 0.5%. Warrant: 20 years under salt-water circumstance.

FRP float
The FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) ensures its permanent floatation, resisting ultraviolet irradiation, anti-corrosion and free attachment. NO. 1 Marine FRP is comprised from special fiberglass and hot-dip plastic through a complicated formula technic process, the catalyst and UV inhibitor added in the row material, and the polyethylene foam filled in the internal float ensure the dock safety. Warrant: Over 15 years under salt-water circumstance.
